Book trailer by Dan Prozinski / Durable Images Inc. Isn't it lovely? Dan is a freelance graphic artist, song writer and musician living in Minneapolis. He's also a friend of the author Karen Henry Clark, who asked him if he would be interested in making this trailer. So glad he said yes!
Dear Ms Barton: Your work is very nice. If I could, I would like to ask you one question about illustrating.
I am trying to complete final drawings for a trail book but can't decide whether to show the characters (mostly only 2of them, a boy and his mom) with the same clothes being worn by them from day to day or to show different clothes. My concern about having them wear different clothes is that the characters may not be recognizable enough by the child reading the book.
What would you recommend? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Beautiful trailer Patrice. Your work looks so natural and traditional but I understand that it is digital. Is that correct? Sweet Moon Baby looks like a sweet book and I look forward to reading it.
